Sports Bar
Inside our centre we have a lounge/cafe area where we have vending machines that can supply you with protein drinks and a great selection of sports drinks for energy, recovery and well-being.
Plus Atlas Fitness can also supply you with a wide range of supplements from named brands to help you reduce body fat, lose body weight and protein and carbohydrate powders to build up lean muscles.

Our fitness suite has the latest up to date high tech electronic equipment, running machines, and upright bikes, elliptical cross trainers, spinning bikes, rowing machines,
recumbent bikes and treadmills.
Our Life Fitness equipment is contact heart rate controlled for safety and efficient fat burning as it automatically adjusts the intensity of your exercise.
Or, you can manually control the equipment
to suit yourself.
Aerobic Suite & Martial Arts Area
This consists of 30sq.m of professionally fitted hard wood floor.
To maintain a healthy heart through aerobic activity, an elevated heart rate such as going for a run, a light jog,
a walk or a bike ride will do wonders.
Aerobic activity is the key to doing this.
For example if you take an everyday opportunity to do any one of these daily activities you will be using more energy. Around 65% -70% of all daily energy (calories) is spent on general moving activities.
Use this activity, as an extra opportunity
to burn away unwanted calories.
Around 80 - 100 minutes of planned mildly puffing exercise should be scheduled into your daily routine.
Moderate exercise lowers blood pressure,
prevents LDG (bad cholesterol)
from clogging arteries and decreases body fat,
the factor most associated with heart disease.

Weights Resistance Training Studio
The weights room consists of a light set of dumbells ranging from 1 kilo to 10 kilos in 1 kilo increments, and a heavy set of dumbbells ranging from 2.5 kilos to 75 kilos in 2.5 kilo increments.
We have a benching area, leg machines,
back machines and preacher curl.
We also have a wide selection of Hammer Strength & Nautilus equipment.
No sliding tracks to restrict your workout.
Unrestricted free weight movement.
We believe in having high quality machines and equipment to get the most out of your training. Current research is showing that strength training (ie. Lifting weights) is not just for the bodybuilder, athlete or exercise enthusiast, but it is important for all populations to maintain quality and vitality during a lifetime.
