Legs, Bums & Tums
A light aerobic warm up followed by lower body exercises to strengthen & tone your legs, core (stomach, abs) & bottom. An ideal class for those new to exercise
Suitable for all levels.
Fit Ball
Using a Swiss fit ball, working the whole of the body incorporating core stability (stomach, abs & back) balance & some light strength training.
A non-impact class suitable for all levels.

Wado Ryu Karate
In a nutshell, karate is a martial art of Japanese origin that deals with attacks through evasive body movements and/or blocking, and counter attacks using kicks, punches and strikes. Joint locks, restraints and takedowns are also used, but to a lesser extent. People variously practice it as a form of self defence, a way of keeping healthy and a sport.
As a self defence system, karate does not so much teach a set of standard responses to a set of limited scenarios, but rather teaches a set of principles that can be applied in any situation.
As a method of keeping fit and healthy, it develops balance, co-ordination, aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. In addition, (and unlike many other physical activities), it also challenges the brain and requires constant mental alertness and agility.
Filipino Martial Arts Kali / Eskrima
Kali is a blend of an uncountable number of individual styles and systems, developed over several centuries. The principles of combat are based on understanding angles of attack and defence - so it makes little difference whether your opponent is empty-handed or carries a weapon.
You can train in Kali for self-defence, competition, fitness and co-ordination, or just for fun. Kali can be studied by young, old, able-bodied and people with disabilities. Classes include training with sticks and other weaponry, as well as empty-hand training.

Pump FX
Pole Fit
Is a non-impact, resistance-training programme, which utilises barbells and adjustable weights helping to improve muscular strength & endurance. It is a studio-based group session to music, which tones the whole body & burns fat. Led by highly motivated instructors who receive on-going training to ensure every class is safe, effective and fun. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Personal trainers are welcome to hire the gymnasium for £7.50 per hour.
OR
Hire of gym is £200.00 per Calendar month.
This will give a personal trainer unlimited use for one to one instruction.
